1. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Generally, we process orders Monday through Friday and on average an order will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt. For Domestic Shipping in the United States, transit time averages between 3 - 5 working days and for International Shipping FedEx averages 3 working days, barring any customs delays.
* Please note that we cannot ship to hotels.
2. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? AND WHAT ARE THE COSTS TO SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?
Yes we ship to the majority of countries around the world with our logistics partner FedEx. For individual country shipping costs, once you select your destination country on the checkout page the shipping rates will be updated in the 'Order Summary' section.
* Please note that countries may charge taxes and duties which are the responsibility of the buyer
3. WHERE CAN I PURCHASE PRODUCTS THAT I SEE FLOYD AND THE MONEY TEAM WEAR ON TV AND SOCIAL MEDIA?
Many of the products that Floyd and The Money Team wear, including jackets, slippers, vests, and any other items you may come across that are not available for sale on our official website are exclusive to #TheMoneyTeam.
For items that were previously sold through RockLive, many of those items have been discontinued.

4. WILL YOU MAKE OTHER APPAREL ITEMS UNDER THE MONEY TEAM BRAND?
The Money Team is a global brand and we endeavor to cover a wide range of products. Our R&D team is constantly designing new products across a range of categories and when the time is right, we will release new product information through our social media channels.
5. HOW CAN I GET SIGNED MEMORABILIA FROM FLOYD?
Floyd is aware of the overwhelming number of inquiries for autographed memorabilia and highly appreciates his fans around the world. In the coming months, we will be working on a campaign to reward our loyal supporters and fans with signed memorabilia. Please follow us on social media for the latest updates.
6. CAN I WORK FOR THE MONEY TEAM?
We at The Money Team embrace "Hard Work & Dedication" and are always looking to expand our team with those individuals who also share the same work ethic. Any available career positions will be posted on our official website.
7. IS IT POSSIBLE TO VISIT YOUR LA HEADQUARTERS TO PURCHASE PRODUCT?
Our LA HQ is strictly for corporate related matters and we currently do not conduct any retail transactions from our office.
8. WHEN WILL YOU HAVE AN ITEM BACK IN STOCK?
If an item reaches a 0-stock level, we generally replenish our inventory in 2-3 weeks, but due to the increasing number of styles that we release year-round, once some items are sold out they may not be released again. For our Classic TMT designs, these will be items that we carry throughout the year.
If an item is on backorder, it means that we have an order pending with our manufacturers and should have the item back in stock in 7 days. If your order includes multiple items in addition to an item on backorder, please note that your order will ship when all items are available.
9. HOW CAN I EXCHANGE // REFUND MY ORDER?
We will gladly exchange // refund any item(s) that have been unused and are in new condition within 14 days of receiving your order. Please ship your product to the below address, including the original invoice and a note stating the purpose of the return :

10. WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
Please note that for your security, we can only ship to the address listed during the checkout process. If there was a mistake or you would like to change the shipping destination, please email orders@themoneyteam.com and your order will be cancelled and refunded so that you can place a new order.
